Story : The Lofts Ratchathewi introduces a calm and tranquil addition to

the dynamic and playful Ratchathewi skyline. A visual resting spot for the eyes and a physical resting place for the residents. A highrise that is minimal in its expression with the juxtaposition of a sleek silver tower and a dynamic grey extrusion. The character of the site enables architecture, landscape, and interior design to weave together; creating a series of featured gardens with unique characters ranging from an intimate courtyard, water court, rain tree garden, to lobby rocks-scape. The experience through the project becomes a journey through contrasting and exciting natural environment in the midst of Bangkok urban center. The contrast of lines, volumes, and materials brings together spaces that is eccentric in character; playful yet subtle, simple yet notable.
