Story : The challenge of this project is that the physical oor plate of the

space divides into 2 separated wings. We propose our design that can strengthen our client’s internal communication. Introducing a ‘Connected Loop’ that opens up the linkage between the staffs who works at the different side of the of ce promotes conversation and yet integrates collaboration among teams. We believe that workplace is about people. Therefore, we create a choice of work environments such as hot desk area, extensible meeting room with the stand at the hallway so that they can engage more people in the meeting. As the front of ce has the inevitable column that the building management only allows the tenant to wrap LEGEND the column with the vinyl. We then propose the ‘Halogram’ to be incorporated in that column; running Nissan Leasing Stories and their memorable achievements to be naturally displayed to their clients.
