Story : In a dense high-rise housing, typically found in Bangkok context, our design exploring the way the programs are organised to introduce extensive sharing recreational space that compensates individual’s tiny-space living condition.

To achieve our goal, we keep the building footprint smallest possible and in turn, it free up ground space for green area.

Surrounding this space are fitness building, swimming pool, outdoor deck and library where residents could simply enjoy facilities seamlessly.  Intermediate sky planters are placed between ground level and podium rooftop garden.  With this strategic planning, whether viewing from the ground or higher floors, it visually created extensive green area that soften the environment.
