Story : Located on a 72 rai land by Thanaratch Road, a gateway to the infamous Khao Yai National Reserve. With its prime location, this project answers the demand for luxury lifestyle of an urban retreat with 300 units of hi-end condominiums and 6 stars boutique hotel of 30 rooms and 9 villas. In response to a high supply of development projects and the need to strive for its identity, this development challenges us to rethink a new typology for a mixed-used project.

The mixed-use development comprises of 9-tower condominiums and hotel components. By placing them into two strata, the condominiums on the higher ground and hotel on the lower ground, shapes two distinct environments where contemporary and traditional architecture unexpectedly juxtapose. Distant and near view were carefully created. Charms and delight await the users to discover.

An arrival court that leads to the luxurious low-rise development, greeting the residence with a simple inward-looking environment where feature wall and covered-pathway harmoniously fused with reflective pond, tree and breezy air.
